Forum rules from the admins

   We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
2. No hate speech or bullying
   Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
3. Respect everyone’s privacy
   Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in the group should stay in the group. Please refrain from sharing identifying information of 3rd parties including names, faces, address details etc.
   
4. Forum to support collaboration of residents
   This forum was initially created by members of the residents committee to allow collaboration across the development. However a light touch approach to moderation is intended and the intention would be to share admin beyond the committee moving forward. This group is also not linked to the factor however owners / residents should be aware that factor representation will be present to help answer questions directly.

   Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren’t allowed.
