what we do"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>A proprietors committee was formed in September 2011 to represent the Sinclair development.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The primary responsibilities of the committee are:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide a representative group of proprietors with which the Factor of the Sinclair development (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.trinityfactors.co.uk\/\">Trinity Factors<\/a>) can consult on matters pertaining to the management of the buildings and grounds.<\/li>\n<li>To improve the accountability of the Factor to the proprietors, and ensure that development issues are dealt with as promptly as is feasible.<\/li>\n<li>To arrange an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of all proprietors and any other meetings as may be required in accordance with the Title Deeds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The full committee constitution can be found <a title=\"Proprietors Association Constitution\" href=\"https:\/\/sinclairtest.wasmer.app\/information\/proprietors-association-constitution\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>The 2025-26 committee comprises the following members:(all representing flats except Carmel Connolly representing townhouses):<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ruth Evans<\/li>\n<li>Carmel Connolly &#8211;
