{"id":1179,"date":"2023-04-12T15:27:17","date_gmt":"2023-04-12T14:27:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sinclairresidents.org.uk\/?p=1179"},"modified":"2023-04-12T15:28:27","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T14:28:27","slug":"sinclair-development-owner-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wptest.sinclairresidents.org.uk\/index.php\/2023\/04\/sinclair-development-owner-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"Sinclair Development Owners Survey"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>All property owners on the development will be receiving correspondence from the Factor with an invitation to complete an Owners Survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey covers a wide range of topics relating to the common parts of the development and the common parts of the buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the committee and the Factor always appreciate feedback from individual owners, in a development of 306 properties it is hard to hear all the voices in the development equally.  We hope that the survey will enable everyone to have an equal say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It might take some time to process the data received but we hope to report the results at the next AGM, via our Newsletter, and here on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete and we would ask you to complete it as soon as possible, and by 31st May at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a link to the survey in the correspondence from the Factor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All property owners on the development will be receiving correspondence from the Factor with an invitation to complete an Owners Survey.
